You might think I am in the business of doing loans - I really do not see it that way. I am helping clients create, perhaps, the largest debt in their life; therefore, I have a responsibility to help them professionally manage that debt. I view my primary role as helping clients integrate the mortgage loan they select into their overall short & long-term financial picture. I help them manage their payment and equity objectives to reduce their debt and maximize their cash flow.
